Occupied institutions were taken back by the citizens

After the reading of the pirate declaration on TRT, citizens began to gather in front of TRT Ulus Building. Citizens who resisted the soldiers shooting at them, entered the TRT Building together with the Minister of Labor and Social Security Süleyman Soylu and the police teams. FETO member soldiers who scattered around in the campus were taken into custody. Freed from invasion, TRT went back to its broadcast. When the soldiers failed to cut the broadcasts at TÜRKSAT, an air attack was organized. In the campus that was bombarded for 4 times in four minutes by Pilot Hüseyin Türk, buildings, antennas and many equipment was greatly damaged. Order to attack TÜRKSAT was also given by Ahmet Tosun. CNN Türk building was raided by the putschist soldiers at 3:27. There was a strife between the security officers, employees and the coup plotters. The putschist soldiers, who entered the live broadcast hall, interrupted the broadcast and took out the anchor, director and personnel behind the camera.
