Emergency order from General Staff to all troops
As the meetings at the General Staff continued, around 18:30, the Undersecretary of MIT Hakan Fidan entered through the main entrance of the headquarters. MIT Undersecretary Hakan Fidan also attended the meetings that lasted until 19:20. At the meeting, three orders with emergency code was decided to be issued to the troops.
